National Golf Club
The National Golf Course at Cape Schanck has long been recognised as one of the most spectacular courses in the country, and when new land was acquired nearby back in 1996 to build two links style courses it looked every bit as good. Featuring three world class golf courses – the Old National course (designed by Robert Trent Jones Jnr), the new Moonah course (designed by Greg Norman) and the Ocean course (designed by Thomson Wolveridge and Perrett) All three courses are voted in the top 40 in Australia.
Moonah Links provides an opportunity for all golfers to play genuine championship courses; the West Course being a “Stadium” style Links course built for The Australian Open. No longer will memberships be a prerequisite for Australian Open standard golf.
