Colonial Golf Course (Formerly Paradise Springs):
Beautifully groomed with lush, very gently undulating to flat fairways and meticulously manicured type 328 couch greens. Widely regarded as one of the Gold Coast’s best conditioned courses, the major hazards are the myriad of sparkling ponds and waterways that provide both storage and drainage.
Water on twelve holes, plenty of native wildlife and is one of the better established Gold Coast courses with a friendly club atmosphere. Formerly hosted the QLD PGA.
Designed by Thomson Wolveridge in the Scottish and Irish traditions, this immaculately groomed course features wintergreen couch fairways, plenty of bunkers and bent greens. Australia’s number 1 resort course.
The first Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course in Australia. Perfectly manicured, undulating course with many of the Nicklaus signature bunkers and water in play on 11 holes. Choice of 5 tee positions with slick tifdwarf greens.
A series of interconnected lakes (water on 14 holes) and strategic bunkering (82 bunkers) are the trademarks of this Graham Marsh designed course. The finishing hole is one of the best par 5’s in Australia, requiring an audacious water carry for big hitters but providing a safer three shot route for others, with a second water crossing before the green.
Designed by Marsh & Watson, Robina is one of the best tests of golf in Australia. The rolling fairways are set amongst stately stands of towering eucalypts, natural waterways and lakes. Each hole has its own character, and challenge. The finishing hole is Robina’s most recognisable, a par 5 played from an elevated tee via three water hazards to a well guarded green.
Two immaculately groomed championship courses set amongst countless lakes and bunkers on very gently undulating terrain. The backdrop is provided by the Hinterland Mountains to the west, and the Gold Coast skyline to the east.
Two courses, the Palms a relatively flat course with wide, well-manicured couch fairways set around groves of cabbage palms with water in play on almost every hole. The Pines Australia’s most difficult course with challenging fairways, waterholes and pine groves. Course designer Arnold Palmer.
